1 Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that all of the above conditions are satisfied. beet88 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your age, identity, or location at any time, including before processing any withdrawals.

2 Account Registration & Verification

You are permitted to hold only one active account on beet88. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses, are not allowed. If multiple accounts are discovered, beet88 may close the additional accounts and void any associated balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering, you must provide accurate and current personal information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these terms.

Before your first withdrawal — and at other points determined by beet88's verification process — you will be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and may include proof of address or additional documentation. KYC is a standard account security requirement and protects your account from unauthorised access and fraud.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials and OTP verification codes. Do not share your password or OTP with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact beet88 support immediately through your account dashboard.

3 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on beet88 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits via Philippine e-wallets and mobile banking channels, as well as domestic bank transfers. • All transactions are denominated and processed in PHP only. Currency conversion is not available on the platform.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method that belongs to you. Deposits from payment methods registered to third parties are not permitted.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on beet88.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per channel. These amounts are displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction.
• beet88 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your bank or e-wallet provider for any applicable fees.

Deposits that are successfully processed are credited to your beet88 PHP wallet and are immediately available for gaming. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PHP balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method associated with your verified account — this must match the method used for your deposits where applicable.

• KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This requirement cannot be waived.
• Withdrawals are processed to Philippine e-wallets or domestic bank accounts in PHP. Supported channels are listed in your account withdrawal section.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal interface at the time of your request.
• Processing times vary by channel and are outlined on the Withdrawal page. beet88 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but delays may occur due to verification requirements or bank processing schedules.
• beet88 may require additional verification documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where account activity triggers a security review.

Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have been verified and belong to the registered account holder. beet88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5 Gaming Rules & Conduct

All games and betting markets on beet88 — including sports betting, live casino, slots, fish games, and eBingo — are governed by the rules specific to each product, which are accessible within the respective game interface or through the platform's help section. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rule takes precedence for that activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on beet88:

Where an account is suspended for investigation, access to the account and its balance will be restricted pending the outcome of that review. If a breach is confirmed, beet88 may void any balances or winnings associated with the violating activity.

You may close your beet88 account at any time by contacting our support team through the live chat or help section in your account. Any verified outstanding balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification checks.

9 Limitation of Liability
